Thank you for choosing Tikka Charcoal Grill for your upcoming reservation! We are thrilled to host your event and want to ensure you have all the necessary information for a seamless and enjoyable experience. Below are some important guidelines and policies to keep in mind:

  • Pricing Details: Please note that the prices listed for our packages do not include additional fees, gratuity, or taxes.

  • Auto Gratuity: Parties of 5 or more will be subject to a 20% auto gratuity fee.

  • Prime Time Fee: Reservations for prix-fixe menus starting on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings between 5:15 PM - 9:15 PM may be subject to a 20% prime time fee, if available.

  • No Outside Beverages: To maintain our high standards of service and safety, outside beverages, including alcohol, are not permitted in the restaurant.

  • Outside Food Fee: Any outside food items brought into the restaurant, such as birthday cakes or cupcakes, are subject to a $30 outside dessert fee.

  • Deposit Requirement for Prix-Fixe Reservations: For prix-fixe reservations, a 50% deposit of the per person charge is required at the time of booking, with only tax added. Gratuity and additional fees will be added on the day of the event.

  • Deposit Requirement for Non Prix-Fixe Reservations of 7 or More: For non prix-fixe reservations of 7 or more guests, a $20 per person deposit/cancellation fee is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

  • Minimum Charge Policy: The amount of your deposit represents the minimum amount you will be charged for, regardless of the final guest count. Please plan accordingly, as any shortfall will still be charged.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation to retain your deposit.

  • Late Arrival Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please note that we can only hold reservations for 15-20 minutes past the scheduled time. After this grace period, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Table Time Limits: The maximum table time for non prix-fixe reservations is 90 minutes, though we recommend a table time of 60-75 minutes for optimal service. For prix-fixe reservations, the maximum table time is 2 hours. A forfeiture of 50% of the deposit will apply for each half-hour spent over the time limit.
